Even in the darkness, we see that Russia is a terrorist state
Russia continues to strike Ukraine’s energy infrastructure and residential buildings. Today in Kyiv, Russia killed five civilians, including an emergency medical worker, and damaged at least 20 residential buildings. Recovery efforts are also ongoing in the Lviv region and other regions of Ukraine.
Russia’s campaign of energy terror leaves Ukrainian cities without electricity, yet it’s not an obstacle to clearly see: Russia is the only party seeking to prolong this war, thus, it must be held accountable.
A clear global response is needed – especially from the U.S., whose position Russia takes into account. Russia must be pressed to choose diplomacy and face consequences for every return to killing and destruction.
